We've mentioned Scotland's Foodscape - a symposium investigating the significance of food in Scotland - before, but if you're free start of next week it's well worth considering.

It includes contributions from panelists Shirley Spear, Geoff Tansey and Guy Grieve.
Local food businesses taking part are Wilma Finlay of Cream o' Galloway, Barry Graham of Loch Arthur and Mark Williams of Galloway Wildfoods. They will be speaking alongside academics, nutritionists and industry organisations.
Tickets cost between £55-£150 and include all manner of delicious things.
